Corbin

Corbin Yaldoo

Founder/President

C3’s Founder/President specializes in buyer and seller representation of a wide variety of commercial asset types. Corbin’s expertise includes prestige listings, new development leasing, landlord and tenant representation, and asset acquisition and disposition for owner/users or investment properties. In recent years, Corbin has emerged as a leader in cannabis real estate and business transactions throughout Michigan and across the country. He is recognized for assisting clients with all license and property types, including green zone properties, municipal and state-licensed facilities, operating facilities, and sale-leaseback investments.

Corbin is also the Founder/President of Corbco Ventures, LLC, a commercial real estate development, and investment firm, and a Founding Partner for Rair Capital, LLC, a commercial lending platform.

Corbin’s clients acknowledge his attention to detail and work ethic. They also admire his site selection skills and market knowledge, which he gained through national and regional buyer/tenant representation assignments with private companies, institutional landlords, REITs, and publicly traded companies. Current and past clients include nationally known developers, retailers, and property owners.

Corbin earned his General Business Management and Human Resources degrees from Oakland University. As an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, he currently sits on the State of Michigan Program Planning Committee as the Membership Chair and the Next Generation Program Planning Committee, along with formerly serving as the State of Michigan Next Generation Chair. Additionally, he sits on the board of the Michigan Commercial Real Estate PAC. He previously served on the board of the Chaldean Young Professionals Network, an affiliate of the Chaldean American Chamber of Commerce. Most recently, Corbin, on behalf of C3 CRE, was recognized by Green Market Report’s 2023 Michigan Cannabis Awards as the Best Ancillary Service Provider. Corbin was also the 2024 Emerging Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year Under 40 by the DBusiness Commercial Real Estate Awards.

Charles Al-Sheikh

Sales Associate

At C3 CRE, Charles currently focuses on cannabis business and real estate transactions. Additionally, he is involved in acquisitions and dispositions of retail, industrial, and multi-family properties.

Charles began his entrepreneurial career by conceptualizing and opening various businesses for a decade. These businesses included an internet café, a wholesale import company, and two smoke shops. In recent years, he also worked as a consultant for cannabis cultivation. Charles has built strong connections, gained experience in a multitude of industries, and made a name for himself as an individual that operates with the highest character and integrity.

When Charles transitioned to commercial real estate in 2018, he began his journey at Iconic Real Estate – a boutique brokerage based in downtown Detroit. Real estate came effortlessly to Charles; working closely with the managing partners, he quickly learned the ins and outs of the business. While at Iconic, Charles focused on the cannabis real estate niche by identifying green-zoned properties in new and existing markets and marketing on/off-market properties to multi-state and local operators. In addition, he also focused much of his time on retail leasing and representing both buyers/sellers throughout the traditional real estate.

Charles is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Tariq Comai

Sales Associate

Tariq’s dynamic background in his role at C3 CRE encompasses financial and market analysis. He offers strategic guidance to buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions and optimized returns across many asset types. With a strong emphasis on passive investment strategies, Tariq remains dedicated to delivering long-term value and customized real estate solutions. He focuses on cannabis acquisitions/dispositions, and income-producing properties within the retail, industrial, and multi-family sectors.

Tariq’s career is defined by his expertise in financial and market analysis, lease and contract management, and asset optimization, which he developed during his tenure at FDG Capital. Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Tariq gained valuable experience in lease administration, where he managed lease schedules, ensured compliance with property tax and insurance requirements, and implemented strategic tactics for real estate transactions. With a sharp analytical approach and strong attention to detail, Tariq provides client-focused services designed to execute successful commercial real estate transactions.

Currently, Tariq is pursuing a business degree with concentrations in Business Law and Business Intelligence, along with a minor in Leadership at the University of Detroit Mercy. As the President and Founder of the UDM Real Estate Club, he has played a pivotal role in fostering industry connections, creating networking opportunities, and providing a platform for professional growth among aspiring real estate professionals. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to advancing industry knowledge and collaboration, and he remains eager to connect with like-minded individuals to explore new opportunities in commercial real estate. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Richie Manni

Sales Associate

Richie brings to C3 CRE over a decade of experience in both the retail and cannabis industries. Having developed a unique skill set in commercial real estate, particularly when it comes to site selection. He has built a reputation for being incredibly hands-on, personally choosing and securing locations that align with his business goals. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he goes beyond just evaluating the physical buildings—he assesses their long-term potential to ensure they fuel growth and success for his clients. Richie specializes in acquisitions and dispositions for a wide variety of commercial assets, including cannabis, retail, industrial, and land properties.

Throughout his career in retail and cannabis businesses, Richie has taken on many roles and has been on both sides of the table, managing locations and growing businesses. Most notably, he has led teams in managing multi-location operations, where he has consistently delivered results by focusing on operational efficiency and strategic growth. One of his standout roles was leading the site selection process for his own businesses, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of market dynamics and a clear judgment for prime locations.

Having operated his own businesses and consulted on real estate ventures, Richie brings practical knowledge to every deal. His diverse career in business operations and site selection has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to succeed in today’s commercial real estate market.

After graduating from Troy High School, Richie pursued his passion for business, gaining firsthand experience that led him into commercial real estate. With a strong background in business ownership and investment strategies, he has developed expertise in market trends, property valuation, and negotiation—key skills that set him apart from his peers and competitors. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
