What is C3 CRE?
C3 CRE, LLC is a commercial and cannabis real estate brokerage founded by Corbin Yaldoo, with a Michigan headquarters in Bloomfield Hills and a Florida office in Tampa. The name stands for Connect, Collaborate and Care. Two affiliated companies — Corbco Ventures, LLC and Rair Capital, LLC — supply development capital and lending, making the firm vertically integrated.

Connect
Put the right parties in the same room before the paperwork starts.
Most transactions fail on introductions that never happened: a buyer with capital who never saw the asset, a municipality that would have said yes to a use nobody asked about, a lender that would have written the loan a bank declined.
Our first job is connective. We know who is buying in each Michigan and Tampa Bay submarket, which jurisdictions will entertain which uses, and which capital sources are actually deploying this quarter rather than last year.

Collaborate
Build the structure together instead of pushing paper between sides.
Complex deals — cannabis licensing, sale-leasebacks, receivership dispositions, unentitled land — are engineered, not negotiated line by line from templates.
We work alongside counsel, lenders, municipalities, receivers and accountants to build a structure that survives diligence. That is also why the affiliated companies exist: when a deal needs equity or debt to work, we can bring it to the same table rather than sending you out to find it.

Care
Behave as though the relationship outlasts the transaction.
Care is the unglamorous part: telling an owner their price is wrong, telling a buyer to walk, disclosing the buffer problem before the offer instead of during diligence.
It is also why the firm supports the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, the American Heart Association and the Humane Society of the United States, and why our brokers stay in a client's file after closing.
