What companies are affiliated with C3 CRE?
C3 CRE, LLC has two affiliated companies. Corbco Ventures, LLC handles property development and venture investments, taking development or equity positions when a seller needs certainty rather than a marketing period. Rair Capital, LLC originates commercial financing, including cannabis-specific debt that most regulated lenders will not write. Both share ownership with C3 CRE, which is why a brokerage assignment, the development capital and the debt can be underwritten at one table.
