Yes. A large share of our cannabis buyers are pre-license or mid-application. Site control and municipal opt-in status drive most license outcomes in Michigan, so we would rather be involved before the application than after a bad site is under contract.

Is there a fee for buyer representation?

In most transactions the buyer-side commission is paid from the listing side at closing, so there is no separate fee to you. Where a fee is required — off-market sourcing, portfolio or site-selection mandates — it is agreed in writing before work begins.
