What is Rair Capital?

Rair Capital, LLC is the lending affiliate of C3 CRE, LLC. It originates commercial mortgages, bridge loans and cannabis-specific debt — including loans that regulated banks will not write — underwritten by people who transact in the same asset classes daily.

Why it exists

Financing is the most common reason a commercial transaction dies, and it is the reason almost every cannabis transaction dies. Regulated lenders decline plant-touching operators, distressed assets, unentitled land and unconventional collateral, regardless of the underwriting.

Rair Capital writes that paper. Commercial mortgages, bridge loans, acquisition and construction debt, and cannabis-specific facilities — secured by real estate we know how to value because we broker it every week.

Practically, this changes how C3 CRE runs a transaction. We can verify a buyer's capital before a seller grants a diligence period, and we can offer a debt solution rather than watch a deal fail while a bank decides.
