Professional Experience
Charles began his entrepreneurial career by conceptualizing and opening various businesses for a decade. These businesses included an internet café, a wholesale import company, and two smoke shops. In recent years, he also worked as a consultant for cannabis cultivation. Charles has built strong connections, gained experience in a multitude of industries, and made a name for himself as an individual that operates with the highest character and integrity.
When Charles transitioned to commercial real estate in 2018, he began his journey at Iconic Real Estate – a boutique brokerage based in downtown Detroit. Real estate came effortlessly to Charles; working closely with the managing partners, he quickly learned the ins and outs of the business.
