MICHAEL R. SCADRON

C3’s Executive Vice President of Development & CRE brings over 15 years of institutional commercial real estate experience to the firm’s leadership. Michael specializes in national corporate landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation, national site selection, and complex retail and industrial mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory. He is particularly skilled at navigating complex regulatory and high-barrier-to-entry markets through his consulting services. His knowledge of cannabis applications and licensing entitlements has earned high praise from his clients and partners over the years.

Michael also serves as the Executive Vice President of Development & CRE for Corbco Ventures, LLC, our affiliated company, where he drives the operational execution of the firm’s development, investment, and construction management pipeline.

Michael has built a strong reputation executing high-volume national rollouts for both public and private clients alike, with his book of business growing entirely through organic prospecting and referrals. His national corporate real estate track record includes securing and operationalizing retail and industrial sites nationally for prominent, multi-state cannabis operators—serving both in-house and in an executive consulting capacity—following a foundational career in traditional commercial brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Sociology from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He is leveraging an elite cross-functional background in corporate retail logistics, capital markets, and municipal government affairs to close complex commercial portfolios from start to finish.
